              I placed an online order to Stanley1913 the thermos manufacturer. I only received one of four items ordered and the whole order amount was taken from my account. I emailed ******* three times and no response. The order confirmation said I would receive an email for shipment confirmation and I did not receive any emails. I called customer service and waited hours on the phone. After my second call attempt I was able to speak to someone. They had cancelled the rest of my order and did not communicate this nor did they refund me for the amount of the products I did not receive due to the order being cancelled. I was told that they are looking into this and will get back to me. I have little confidence in ******* at this point. Order number *******
