Went there for a foot injury they said I needed a MRI so they said they will get it scheduled so waited 2weeks and nothing happened so called and asked why they havent sent in my mri request was told they did and will send again waited 2 more weeks and still nothing been calling the plmy MRI was supposed to be scheduled at they havent gotten anything from Physicians Immediate CareBusiness response

This morning, I received a text saying i needed to pay $89.57 before being put in collections. I paid my balance via HSA NOV 17, posted Nov 18 as claim number ********.I called over the phone and spoke to a supervisor out of ********** named ******** who told me I needed to keep waiting and refused several times to supply any documentation that we had spoken or that they were telling me to continue waiting. She told me their accounting system takes some time; however, this is not an excuse to threaten collections on a bill that has already been paid OVER THE ***** less than 2 weeks ago where the transaction posted on the 17th. I feel this is predatory behavior and I have no other recourse but to put in a complaint here and hope that they take the BBB more seriously than they take their individual customers. I have attached a screenshot from my HSA account showing the transaction posted on the 18th.Business response

I came here for medical treatment regarding an on going condition. I needed a refill of medication. The doctor I saw admonish me about not seeing my primary doctor at ************, ***********************. Who I can't seem to get a appointment in 45 days or less. He refused to give me a refill of my medication. Lucky I had a refill remaining. My ******** and ******** number are available openly to his office, but the doctor insist on sending me bills to my sister home.Business response

9/1/2021 I went in for a ********* compensation claim , the woman that processed my claim said she called my work . I thought I was covered , instead they didn't do anything . So a week later I emailed the ** and they got ********* comp to cover it . I keep getting bills from Physicians care and ***** Saint ****** for bills that the state should pay . I have sent both them the contact # of the person to talk to . they keep sending me bills for service I didn't need . Plus they didn't even solve my problem , My doctor took care of it ! they got paid by the state , they just more money because poor management of the hospital and greedy hedge fund owners . they should talk to Tristar , claim # ******** , claim examiner *************************** ************Business response

I revived a **** February 2022 for services on 5/5/2021. BSBC HMO denied the claim. BCBS Reassured me the claim would be processed and paid. Physicians immediate care sent me statement after statement threatening to turn me over collections, even though insurance payment was pending. I called on 4/6/22 BCBS for requesting that physician immediate care Dec them the claim, they would process immediately. Physician immediate care refused to resend the claim via fax to BCBS. Not sure how they expect this claim to be paid when they refuse to cooperate with BCBSIL requests.Business response

My son visited their facility in 2/2021 and we received an incorrect **** in the mail as insurance was not processed. We had been working with them throughout ************************ October 2021 insurance covered a majority of the medical ****. We did not receive a statement from Physicians Immediate Care with the remaining balance from the visit to date. 2/2022 I receive a letter in the mail from collections for the FULL amount, a little over $600, even though insurance had already cut them a check in October for over $400. This is dishonest and immoral.Business response

I went there to get a foreign body removal from my eye. They told me the foreign body was Removed gave me some eyedrops prescription . Was still having trouble with my eye after . I went back to the facility they said I still had the foreign body stuck thought. and they got it . They charged me again ,and I told them Im not paying them for the second visit for something they shouldve done the first time correct. Now they charged my insurance company both times and I told them to waive my fee for the second visit I will not pay it and they turned me into collections. Spelled My name incorrectly with a *********** . ***** account number May ******* I want to charge waived I should not owe any money and they should remove the request from the collection agency against meBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:well they still want me to pay for the second visit to get the foreign body out of my eye. Which shouldve been done the first time I dont feel I should have to pay for their negligence not to get the foreign body out of my eye. Plus theyve turned me over to collections on this matter. Also my insurance company paid for my second visit and they want more money on top of what they got from the insurance company for the second visit which I dont feel I should have to pay

On 9/23/21, I went to Physicians Immediate Care for a strep test. I did not submit insurance, and paid the full $165.00 **** with my credit card while at the office that day. The charge posted to my credit card on 9/25/21, so I know it went through. I received a **** on 2/10/22 with a statement date of 1/26/22 for $165.00 for a medical procedure dated 9/23/21. This seems very shady, since the payment was made the day of the test, in the office, and posted to my credit card 5 months ago.Business response

I had a Covid test completed in 1/8/2021. I received a **** in September. (In November) When I called Physicians, I was told to ask BCBSIL HMO to make a 1 time variance to pay for the visit. When I called BCBSIL, they stated that they were never sent a claim for the service. I was then told to call the group that I am a part of. They stated they would forward the claim to BCBSIL. (In January) I then received a notice of being sent to collections. I called BCBSIL, and they stated that they had not received a claim. I called Physicians, and they stated that I had to call BCBSIL, then be out on a 3 way call with the group in order to have it sent over. The manager at Physicians stated they would not **** directly to BCBSIL. I did complete the 3 way call and the representative at the group stated they had already sent the claim twice to BCBSIL. I would have to wait another month to see if BCBSIL received the 3rd attempt. In the meantime, I am being sent to collections, having a negative effect on my credit.Business response
