    This company is incredibly shady. After placing an order, I went back online a few days later to double-check everything and noticed that the price for the exact same order had dropped by $1,900. I tried calling the company the next day to address the discrepancy, but they refused to return my calls. When I finally reached someone, they gave me a bunch of excuses. It made no sense because, shortly after, their own salesperson mistakenly thought I was a new customer and contacted me with a brand-new quoteconfirming the lower price I had seen online.They also claimed that the fabric on the new quote was of a lower grade, but at no point online or during our conversations was I ever given an option to choose different fabric grades. Things took a worse turn when the manager / owner, who had been secretly listening to the call with the salesperson without my permission, suddenly jumped into the conversation, started cussing at me, and told me he didnt want my business. He also demanded that I stop talking while he was *********** make matters worse, when I contacted the financing company they referred me to, even they were shocked by the unprofessional behavior. They told me it was unethical for the manager /owner to listen in on the call without informing me, and advised me against doing business with such a company.Its clear this company is shady. They gave me one price, then changed it online, and when I questioned it, they treated me horribly. They blew up my phone every day when trying to get my business, but as soon as I placed the order and noticed something was off, they went silent. Save yourself the troubletake your money elsewhere. When youre spending $30,000, you deserve to feel valued, not disrespected.

    I want to address this review personally because it doesnt reflect the reality of what happened. We offered this customer a significant discount on his purchase, and after that, he tried to push for an even bigger one by mentioning a quote from another company. When we explained that we couldnt go any lower, he became upset. At no point did we change the price on his order. The price hes referring to online likely involved different materials or configurations, which we explained when we spoke.Things escalated when the conversation with our team turned disrespectful. Unfortunately, the customers tone and behavior became unacceptable, and we had to make the decision to walk away from the sale. We work hard to maintain respectful relationships with everyone we do business with, and it just wasnt possible in this case.I want to be clear: not taking someones money because the situation became too hostile isnt shadyits the honest thing to do. If we were just trying to take his $30,000, we wouldnt have stepped away. We dont tolerate disrespect towards our team, and sometimes that means turning down business.I wish things had gone differently, but at the end of the day, we decided that this wasnt a good fit for us. We value every customer, but respect has to go both ways.
