Dear Customer, we saddened that you feel this way. Customer had four accounts for a total of $110.01 weekly payment. Customer stated they did not have money and would need to wait until the next pay date. We said no problem but stated the payment would now be $172 as the account would be considered late. Once an account reaches the 4th day late, a $5 dollar reinstatement fee is add per account. Our employee said if they were able to come up with half of the payment we would do a courtesy move for the accounts to get them back on his correct pay date. Customer was happy with this. Customer came a made a $40 dollar payment, (Which was not enough) and said he'd be back in a few days. We said OK. Customer did not come back when he said so our employee contacted the customer. The wife answered and cussed out our employee. Told our employee we lied about her husband making a $40 payment. (Husband did not till the wife he paid that we'd assume) After getting verbally abused, the employee still offered to help them get on their correct due date. The wife, still cussing, told our employee to come pick all our items up now as we were ripping them off. (Even though all their accounts were greater than 6 days expired.) Our employee truly was trying to help the customer get back on his pay days but the wife just wanted to verbally abuse our employees for their misfortunes. Our employees went above and beyond to help the customer but they did not live up to their commitments that they made for payment. All of this is truly unfortunate, as we appreciate Mr. ****** business and wish him nothing but the best going forward!
Upon picking the items up, the dining room set, king ******** set, sofa and loveseat and full ******** sets were covered in bugs so badly, we had to throw the items away. We had to call our pest company and they had to treat the truck and our back room. (Back room is were the items picked up are cleaned)
