              SEKO is the logistics and delivery service for ****** Home Improvement. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get any semblance of customer service from **** to have a front door delivered. They state it will come when it comes, then when it has been scheduled more than 4 times they have an excuse why it never arrives every time. They claim it will only fit on one truck yet that truck is in the shop. This is a day after they say it is "out for delivery" when I call and schedule contractors to install the door. They have never once actually returned a call or lived up to anything they have said they would do and state they have no responsibility to do anything but leave a 7' by 8' door in my driveway when they are able.

              Purchased a hospital bed for my disabled aunt from Journey and health, they told me it would be delivered via white glove service which meant they would assemble the bed. When the bed arrived, the delivery driver refused to assemble the bed unless they gave them 50 dollars. I wasnt home but was furious and immediately called journey and health. They called my aunt and had her give the phone to the delivery driver to which he agreed not to charge them but as soon he hung up the phone he refused to leave unless she gave him the 50 dollars. There is a special place in h*** for people who try to scam the elderly.
