These guys are clowns. Showed up and destroyed downspout. Crushed it flat with mower. Left without saying anything. Two witnesses, On video as well. Called and they agreed to pay to replace. Downspouts are non-standard size and color. Can't get at ******* or HD. have to be ordered and installed. Custom downspouts installed by gutter contractor just a few months ago. Same contractor sent invoice to repair. Invoice forwarded to these clowns. They ignored. had to keep contacting them. They showed up again the next week and destroyed a second downspout. This time they crushed it and tore it open. Left again without saying anything. Witnesses again and video. When called and confronted, they denied. Stated they wouldn't replace first downspout through contractor, but wanted their landscapers to buy at Menards and install. Said the only other option was to go through their insurance to cover contractor installation. When asked for insurance and bonding information, they declined and would not forward. The two owners; ******** and *********************** hide behind their receptionist and won't take calls, but have their receptionist relay their messages. They just continue to back peddle and refuse to pay for the damage. Only option they continue to give is have their landscape crew pick up pieces from Menards that are too small and wrong color. Can't be done. has to go through a contractor to get the right downspouts. Last message they relayed was that they stopped by the property and reviewed the damage and everything was alright. Didn't happen. Live on a dead-end and two people home all day. No cars/trucks at the house all day and no one came by. Damage in backyard. Once again video. Not to mention, both destroyed downspouts stored in garage. These clowns will destroy your property, leave without saying anything, offer to replace with wrong parts/colors, then when pressed will deny it when you call them out, then, lie about reviewing your property. Habitual liars. Beware....
