Do not use this company Quill.com! Their reviews are very bad, and I wish I would have known that before trying their services. Tried to order some yellow ink for my brother printer and never received it so the order was cancelled, and the pending charge was returned so everything was good but today (10/22/2024) I see that they took it upon themselves to charge me again for the same item (which I did not order) that they are not even sure they can get making me go thru the cancellation process to remove the pending charge from my bank account again. So, I cancelled and received the confirmation that the order was cancelled so we will see what happens to the 2nd pending charge on my bank account. My point is why mess with a company that's trying to force you to be a customer without your authorization and not even knowing if they can get the product while at the same time trying to force a comparable product on you.Quill.com Response

I created an account and I made a purchase. Within the three month. I canceled my quill plus membership. A few months later, there was a charge on my credit card from Quill. I called to find out that there was a duplicate account that they created. I was not told about this account. The first time I called. I asked to be refunded and have not been given a response. Mistakes happen, but they should own up to them. I’m very disappointed. Closing both of the accounts was also a big hassle.Quill.com Response

I ordered a printer from Quill and the order was canceled without me being notified. I was told someone will reach out to me within 24 hours. No one did. I called back and I was told that my order was flagged for fraud. The agent reordered the printer. Once again the order was canceled without me being notified. I do not recommend doing business with Quill.Quill.com Response

Avoid doing business with QUILL if youre looking to build business credit!!!!!Avoid doing any business with QUILL if you are seeking to establish business credit. I had a negative experience with them when I made a purchase and wanted to pay off the invoice promptly, but they refused to bill me as an invoice due to an unpaid balance, which was untrue. Even after providing supporting documents proving that the balance was fully paid off, it has been a hassle to get the hold released. This lack of concern for my business could have had serious consequences. I strongly advise against doing any business with QUILL. On the other hand, if you are looking for net 30 vendors, I highly recommend ULINE, Nav, and ECREDIBLE. I have never encountered any issues with them and they have been wonderful to work with. Unlike QUILL, they have consistently reported to D&B and provided excellent service. Moving forward I will be taking my business else where.Quill.com Response

I would not recommend this company at all. We placed an order for a few things for the office such as supplies, a printer and a file cabinet. This was paid for by a credit card the day the order was placed online. The file cabinet was delayed which was fine. A month after the delivery of the cabinet we start getting harassing emails and phone calls about our invoice not being paid. I give them a call directly as I thought the people calling and emailing was a scam since we had paid the order a couple of months ago. After speaking the the person she said the calls and emails were from them but shes not sure why we are getting them bc our account is paid in full. Then an hour later I get another email stating that this is now the third notice that we are past due. It has taken multiple phone calls to get this resolved. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional on their end. They have lost a customer. If I could u would give them negative stars.Quill.com Response

Terrible customer service. Told me twice they'd call me back regarding a return. Actually, guaranteed me they'd call me back...twice. Never contacted me. They apologize over and over again. I will never from them again. Besides, I found the print cartridges I was reordering from Office Depot for $100 less. Don't order from them.Quill.com Response

Horribly misleading deal offered for creating an account with them. Everywhere I looked it said "20% off your orders for the first 3 months." It never said "Except for your first order".Quill.com Response

An error on our side caused us to increase ************** credit line higher than D&B reporting supported. Reducing his credit line back to $300 was made to correct our error. In response to his concerns, our Credit Supervisor replied to him we welcome customers to file reports. It helps us focus on troubled areas we need to work on. The limit was based on the spending habits and the information found on your DNB file. This is the same action we would have taken to make the best decision for our bottom line.Review from Maya F

Billing problem for about a year. We purchase office supplies then returned item. They issued credit memo to us and we used toward two separate bills. I have submitted which invoices I used credit to and submitted all of the evidence. Their ************ sent us multiple times that this has been cleared, but them we receive " PAST DUE " again and again for this credit that we received. They put us through collector then again I submitted all of the evidence once again that this has been cleared over and over again but Quill keep sending us past due every month and we had enough ! Finally2/15/2024 we received from collecting agency that this has been addressed to Quill and it's closed. Yea right I just placed order for office supply and our order is on HOLD because we have past due. Their credit **** is such a mess. not doing their jobQuill.com Response
