      On April 14, 2023, I purchased 3 bottles of Alpilean. The website immediately sent me to a page offering a 9 bottle "deal" at a cheaper per bottle price. I thought it was a no brainer considering there also was a 90 day complete satisfaction refund policy. The product was received on April 24, 2023, only to find 12 Bottles in the package and two charges on my credit card. Order Numbers 2D7DACB9 and Order number 2D7DAC3Y. I started consumption right away. After taking 3 bottles with ZERO results, 90 days later (The last pill was taken on July 24, 2023), I contacted Alpilean for a full refund and to return the unused 9 bottles. They informed me that they would not refund me because the policy states "from date of purchase" and the empty bottles needed to be returned. I was charged $167.94 for the 3 bottle order and $ ****** for the 9 bottle order. I hope this matter can be resolved quickly. Thank you.

      I received 3 bottles of their product, diet pills. Somehow the obtained my credit card number and charged it to my account. I destroyed the old card and am waiting to receive a new one.The charge was $168.00 and the ingredients were simply vitamin B and Chromium. Hardly a special diet pill that would melt fat overnight. My credit card is not holding me responsible for the charges.Also, its very suspicious that there is no phone number.

      I watched a video and purchased their product, it was very expensive but offered a money back guarantee. I tried the product for 30 days with no results so I returned the 2 un opened bottles for my full refund. The company is claiming that I missed the 60 day return policy. The video states that you can return any unused product, even empty bottles for a full refund. I purchased 3 bottles and returned 3 bottles. I used and 2 full. They will not give me a refund or return the product I paid for. Please help!

      Order # SK7TAC69 I ordered On 3-16-23 I ordered three bottles for $168.52. What attracted me was the money back guarantee also the fact that there was 2 free books that would be included. Well when my order arrives it was just 3 bottles and 2 slips of paper. Neither of those slips were my packing slip/receipt/order details! 1 was the instructions and the other was the download information. I emailed them and expressed my concern. I also emailed some questions and NONE OF MY QUESTIONS were answered. No where in this 1 page instruction sheet does it mention that if you choose to return your order that you need to return the empty bottles. I emailed to return and I dont get a return label, they want me to pay to return and maybe people have complained they returned their items and still didnt get a refund so how is any of this a money back guarantee? I emailed within my 60 days and somehow I was outside of that as they needed the order back before 60 days along with all the bottles.

      BOUGHT IN MAY. TOOK FOR EVER TO GET PRODUCT. SO WROTE ON MY CALENDAR 60 DAYS OUT FOR WHEN I STARTED TAKING THESE DIET ****** I EVEN BOUGHT THE EXTRA BONUS BY OF THE ****** I WOULD OF PAID DOUBLE IF THEY WOULD OF JUST WORKED. I TOOK FOR 60 DAYS. THEY SAID MY 60 DAYS RAN OUT ON THE 4TH OF JULY, I SENT THE COMPLAINT TO THE ON THE 4RD OF JULY, BUT CAN WILL NOT HONOR THE RETURN POLICY. SAID I SENT EMAIL TO LATE.. THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER. TOOK 60 DAYS AND LOST NOTHING, EVEN CUT BACK ON AMOUNT I WAS EATING TO NO AVAIL. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK, THEY WERE NOTIFIED WITH IN THE 60 DAYS. VERY BIG SCAM. I ASKED IN EMAIL WHAT I NEEDED TO DO, PILLS DID NOT WORK. THIS EMAIL WAS SENT FOR THEIR HELP IN GETTING THIS PROCESSED. THIS ********************* SAID THE BOTTLE HAD TO BE BACK TO THEM WITH IN THE 60 DAYS. HELLO, I TOOK FOR LESS THAN 60 DAYS, I HAD ******************************************** COULD RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND.       Ordered 1 bottle of Alpilean on April 27, 2023 Order No. KLM7KAFY. Total $73.78. I was on vacation when I placed the order and returned home on May 17. I commenced taking the product on June 5. I have seen no positive results. Quite the contrary, I see my body is more bloated than ever and people tell me I look pregnant. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and get the same generic response that the returned product had to be received by them within 60 days of order date. This makes no sense at all. What about people who ordered a 60 day or more supply . They're out of luck for any refund as soon as they place their order. This company needs to be held accountable. They are ripping people off . This is a scam.

      On November 22, 2022, Ordered this produce with a full money back guarantee of the unused product. On January 15, 2023 I returned the unused product with the requirements as instructed and requested a full refund . I emailed on 2 occasions and Alpilean did not return my emails. On June 28, 2023, I once again wrote Alpilean and advised I would be contacting the BBB if I did not hear from them. I immediately received an email from Customer Support advising they would look into the issue. Soon thereafter they advised me "the warehouse has not notified us regarding your parcel". I advised that back in March 2023 I spoke with someone who confirmed receipt of my package and further action was pending. ******** at Customer Support then advised me that without further information they would be unable to assist. I requested further inspection as I returned the product on January 15, 2023 with the proper postmark. On June 30, 2023 ******************* advising they are in receipt of my return but they received the package on February 20, 2023 and they are "unable to refund my order".How is it that a consumer is responsible for the incompetence of the employees at Alpilean? The package with the used/unused items was returned within the allotted time pursuant to the disclaimer and they are now giving me excuses/runaround to provide my full refund as they state in their product warranty.Thank you!
