    Shoddy workmanship and definitely more interested in making a sale on a new unit rather than fixing old one. When I brought up issues I had with my install of a new AC unit I was ignored. As well, when I paid $100 for a "furnace Clean" they literally did nothing to my furnace. Definitely a bad business. Would not recommend.

    **** the owner did reach back out to you to discuss this with you. Per your contract that you signed, you purchased a new A/C in 2017 from Comfort First with a 10yr part and a 3year labor warranty. ****** later the capacitor failed, which we covered the part under warranty, but you paid $150 for the labor and processing the warranty claim plus $85 for the diagnostic fee for a total $235. The last maintenance that we have on record is in 2020. Regular maintenance is a requirement by the manufacturer for the unit's parts to be covered under warranty. But we still covered it. **** and Comfort First Heating and Cooling stand behind our work and do right by our customers. We are sorry you do not see it that way. As always, we are here to help and wish you much comfort.
