I was sold a vehicle here with a very high interest and high payment even with having a co-signer. The next day I went back to return it because I knew that they had ripped me off. ***** convinced me that he had called another lender where they were able to approve me for a much lower interest rate and lower payment, a couple of days later I decided the car was not for me and I didnt want it and went back in to see what could be done. The salesman assured me that if I left the car I had purchased that a towing truck would take it back to my house and I would have to pay the towing truck he then said that my other option was to swap the car but that they had to find out from the bank if they would approve it. I remember the name of the bank they financed me with because I still had the contract papers with me and I called the bank to see what was all the fuss about and how long would it take to get an answer on a swapping of a car. The bank told me that they had no documentation from the dealers or any funds either that as of the moment I didnt have a loan with them just my application was on file when I asked what it said on their end as far as the interest rate and payment because I wanted to see if it matched with what I had signed and to my surprise it was completely different the interest was way higher and also the monthly payment from what ***** had offered and I had signed to they also said my application was denied. I was given a complete false contract with a huge lie just so that I would walk out the dealer and drive off the lot with the car, such a huge disappointment and waste of time with this place, all I keep getting is threats that the car will be towed back to the house but how when the car is legit still the dealerships & to top it off they had the nerve to still cash the check I gave them for a down payment after I had already returned the car back these people are just after peoples money they take full advantage of women shopping alone.
