Hello: Bubba trading mislead me on it's product. They will not refund my money of $1000.00 of which I asked for at about 2 weeks into their program. They said they would but did not, after a number of times asking for my refund. On June 16, 2022 customer requested a refund, he was offered a 50% refund, but he did not respond to the offer.
Our refund policy states that all sales are final and the customer must check the box at checkout that highlights these terms.

Hedging Your Portfolio is an entirely different product which customer did not purchase and therefore has nothing to do with this transaction.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: What I did was ask for a refund he offered he should have refunded the money he didn't respond that is why I writing the BBB. What I did not respond to was did I want to stay in his program. I didn't respond because are you kidding me that one time was enough for me.

We again point to the REQUIRED acceptance of the ***** OF SERVICE and acknowledgement of the RISKS involved with the product at the Point of Purchase, prior to payment processing.
Secondly per the attached email thread, ****************** did not follow the very specific instructions on using the product.
Moreover, again per the attachment, ****************** never responded to the offer of a partial refund.
Nevertheless, the offer of a partial refund remains on the table.
