"Bubba" has substantial experience in the business and is probably very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my experience with his Options Trading Program was very disappointing. He likes to use his webinars as a platform to share his political opinions and rehash stuff from QAnon/Truth Social/Newsmax and to display racist memes. He tries to multitask and trade at the same time as he is talking (all we can see is his face, not the trades) while he vamps about politics or repeats the same trading platitudes (the market is always right etc.). Monday strategy calls consist of watching him draw support/resistance lines on about 40 charts, which my 6-year old can do. After one month I had over $7,000 in losses on a sim account. When I asked for help in figuring out what I was doing wrong, he got verbally abusive, accusing me of crying and whining, not paying attention, not reading his updates. I showed him my portfolio of trades made for exactly the debit or credit he called out (and counting the rolls mentioned in the updates) and he said he didn't have time to look at it. I asked him to settle down during the webinar where he was screaming at me for not reading his updates, and this must have hurt his feelings, because he then banned me from the room and the mailing list. I haven't yet received a refund for my subscription. Buyer beware.

Mr. ******** statements seem far more of an ad hominem personal attack on a Mr. ******** politics and person than a business complaint.

As a student, he failed to follow classroom instructions including having a SIMULATED position that could have been $7000 in losses nothing even remotely close to that level of loss could have been achieved following the instructions given by the instructor.

Further, comparing the teaching method to a 6-year old and stating that ****************** was verbally abused when in fact, the class recordings clearly show he was not, this is not even type of issue addressed by the BBB, nor is it remotely close the factual issues at hand.

****************** did not like that he was told that he didnt follow instructions. This isnt verbal abuse this is holding students accountable, no different than ****************** does in his role as a college professor.  

Oddly, after complaining about ****************** and his teaching and the effectiveness of his program, ****************** then continued to demand additional educational material from ******************  and his support team. Why would he take such action if he believed ******** program to be worthless and ****************** such an inept teacher?

A decision was made by ******************, due to the ad hominem attacks, veracity of the statements made, and inconsistent nature of Mr. ******** actions, to refund his education program despite you having participated for the month. ****************** was refunded completely, and the bank records reflect as much.

The purpose of the BBB is to address fraud, predatory sales practices, theft, or deceptive trade practices, not to be a platform to disagree with the politics of a private business in the form of a customer complaint in an attempt to damage the reputation of a business.
