I have been receiving multiple calls per day, all from different numbers. I have blocked each number but they keep calling. I have a setting on my phone to direct the call directly to voice mail, but it's very annoying.Stop being annoying.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
After I received a satisfactory response that I would not be contacted by Nordic Energy Services, LLC again, I received two calls, one on 7/26 and the other today. Is there anything further I need to do to reopen this complaint?

Nordic spoke to ***** regarding him rejecting the initial response for this complaint. He stated he had received additional calls. Nordic did investigate this concern further. ***** was asked if he had another phone number that was being forwarded to the phone number listed in this complaint. ********************** realized he did have another phone number, **********. The calls to that phone number were being forwarded to his other phone. Nordic has added this phone number to our internal Do Not Contact list. Nordic Energy believes it has researched and addressed the concerns expressed in this complaint and acted according to the customers request. Our business receives calls weekly from numerous numbers all referencing Nordic Energy. No one is ever on the line so I know it's a robot so there is no way to instruct them to stop calling. This is highly disruptive to our business and needs to stop immediately and our number put on the Do Not Call list.Business response

I get calls from Nordic Energy almost daily from a different number each time. They are asking for someone who is not me. I have repeatedly told them they have the wrong number and to stop calling, but they continue to call and harass me.Business response

Man who worked for them claimed he worked for Nipsco, a local energy provider, and said he urgently needed to enter our home. Once inside he needed a bill statement, of which my girlfriend provided. He said she needed to sign a contract through nipsco in order to switch rates to a better arrangement as they had messed up our bill. After she signed he up and left without any other word. Turns out he had no affiliation with ****** despite his fake ID and was working for Nordic, and switched our plans. Genuinely criminal behaviour.Business response

Nordic Energy has researched the circumstances of this case. Nordic spoke to ***** regarding his complaint. It was the enrollment was canceled and the account information has been added to our internal Do Not Contact list. Nordic did not find any indication that the sales agent stated they were from the utility company.Nordic has reminded all agents to be clear about Nordic representation and never reference any affiliation with the utility company. The sales agent was pulled and retrained. Nordic apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused them. Nordic Energy calls me multiple times daily and all from different numbers. I have blocked numerous numbers over the last month and a half. I don't even know how they got my number. I would like for them to stop calling me, it's starting to become harassing at this point.Business response

Keep getting calls from them and keep blocking the number but each day they call from a new number. I have answered and told them I rent and to stop calling but the calls do not stop, this is ridiculous!Business response

I don't know how this company obtained my phone number, but they've been calling me multiple times each day for the past couple of weeks. I keep blocking them but they call back using different phone numbers from multiple states. My phone filter classifies them as a telemarketer from Nordic Energy. I would greatly appreciate if they would stop calling.Business response
