Since then, the issue has escalated to a more serious engine problem, yet ********** has shown minimal effort to resolve it. To make matters worse, they are now asking me to cover $4,000 in repair costs for a vehicle that should never have been sold in this condition. This is an unreasonable demand for a problem that I do not have prior to doing business with Alfa Romeo Orland Park The Implied Warranty of Merchantability guarantees a vehicle's fitness for ordinary use, and this defect severely impacts safety and functionality. Additionally, under Illinois Consumer Law, consumers are protected from deceptive practices, making this experience even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this dealership due to their apparent disregard for customer satisfaction and unethical business practices. I've discussed this matter with both **** ********* and ****** *********, but we have not reached a reasonable solution. The dealership has refused a change of collateral or a vehicle swap, leaving me with a costly issue I did not have before doing business with them.
