If I could give zero stars, I would. Cleaning was subpar for what was charged. The office manager, was not transparent regarding their fees. I agreed to their move in/out cleaning charge of $686.00. This was for two cleaners for up to 7 hours. For this price I expected a thoroughly cleaned home. The office manager said she would send someone out in the afternoon to do a quality check on the two cleaners assigned to my home. The home was totally empty and I needed it cleaned to put it on the market. The two women arrived to clean at 8:00am and I came back to close up since they had to leave at 4:00pm. A 30-minute lunch was taken during their time there. I was charged an additional $150 for the woman in the afternoon who came to do the "quality check". When I said I didn't agree to that additional fee, the office manager got defensive and rudely said, "She needs to be paid!" What made matters worse was the two cleaners did not clean everything on our first floor as was stated in the contract before they started on the finished basement. My husband and I had to go through every room and clean the areas they hadn't cleaned. We couldn't find a tie-back to one of the curtains and after looking, found it in their garbage! Also, they use a cleaner with 9% hydrochloric acid on the painted wooden toilet seats which ruined the finish. I've had to send them "after" pictures of the damage since they said they will replace them after approval by the company owner. I haven't heard from them regarding same.
