  On 12/30/21 I spoke with a representative from 24 Petwatch Pet Insurance program and cancelled my insurance policy. The woman I talked to took my information and told me that my account was cancelled and that I would receive my refund in **** business days. On 12/31/21 I noticed on my bank statement that I had been charged $51.96 when the policy was to be canceled. I checked online to find that my policy was never cancelled as I requested, and that this representative took it upon herself to change my deductable and then charge me, as it I still had an open policy. I did not authorize this transaction at all, I requested that my policy be cancelled immediately on 12/30/21, however this did not happen. This is fraud and I want this complaint to be noted as a fraudulent case. I want my money returned to me immediately and my policy cancelled as I requested on 12/30/21 with proof that this was done. This is no more than stealing my information and using it in a fradulent manner. I want my money returned immediately and this policy cancelled like I requested on 12/30/21 with proof. I also feel that the person who committed this fraudulent act should receive consequences from this business... it is not only fradulent but criminal.I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.
