My wife and I hired ERG in March of 2021 to replace a window in our bathroom and our entry french doors. *********************** sold us many things that did not happen. He sold us that two different teams would install the door and window separately (lie). We were told that our window would come with flex screen as we saw on Shark Tank (lie). We were told that we were in good hands (lie) as our door showed ** in the wrong color. We initially really liked that they offer a "don't pay until your happy" policy and that their products come with a lifetime warranty. However, after placing the order is when things began to go downhill. We had discrepancies with the color with *******, and **** needed to come out to rectify this error. Their trim expert (*****************************) was rude, and lied to us at every encounter. The only reason we know he lied over and over again is because we need a representative from ******************* to come out and assess all the issues with the door. We have had ***** to our house a half dozen times to "adjust" the door, replace/add weather stripping, and caulk. Each time we explain our situation it takes weeks to get a call or email back. Then it takes more time to get the appointment for an adjustment that doesn't work. Yet, here we are over a year later from the day we place our order with the same problems. The door still leaks considerable amount of air, and the door creaks around the clock. The manufacture has stated that the door needs to be re-installed because it was installed improperly multiple ways. However, ERG is refusing to follow the manufacturers guidelines. I'm positive that when winter comes again we will have frost and ice on our floor and the seam of the french doors. Be wary when ordering from this company. We have given them ample time to fix their errors and they still have yet to fix anything and haven't even apologized for the issues they've caused.
