After he agreed to replace the old blower fan motor. ******* not only did he buy the wrong motor. He started doing others jobs. Leaving me with a house with no heat. ******* intentually purchased the wrong motor but he damaged it and kept the receipt. *************************** intentually drove his pickup truck into my body. He lied to the police. ******* kept going into the tool box as well the bed of his truck. Each time the police officers kept telling him not to. ******* being cocky gave them a hard time. ******* said ok I will not do this again. With a minute he was making these. Very dangerous tlife threatening actions. Why the police officer didn't put ******* in hand cuffs. Then in their police car, I dont know. The police investigator seen my video. He determined ******* had completely lied. To the police officers at the scene. ******* still refused to cooperate with the police. To turn in his insurance card. His lawyer was called by the police investigator. To turn himself in for battery. ******* had to post bail of $500 out of the $5,000 bail charge. He missed one court date. Where ******* had to present his insurance card. He refused to show up. On the second court date. The judge asked why he did not show up? ******** representative stated that ******* claimed that he never recieved any tickets. And any notices, the judge asked the representative. If ******* had any other court dates. She said tomorrow, You should have seen the look on the judges face. ******* had to be forced to show his insurance card. *************************** refuses to show the police, the court system, even his customers. Any respect at all. Well I myself have a State District Atturney on my battery case. In Feburary 22 of 2023.
