Storm Guard should be called Storm Chaser. That's how they got into my neighborhood.I took them up and they were able to file and process a claim with my insurance claim for a roof replacement. From there everything went downhill. The 1 1/2 day promised to complete the work turned to 3 days and then 2 extra days with a handyman finishing the job.Fortunately, I had a painter who had to get on the roof for some work and saw some alarming issues. There were exposed nails in many shingles, cracked shingles at the ridges along with missing flashing and shingles. When ****** (Owner) was contacted, he refused to fix any of this.I later experienced a leak in an upstairs bedroom ceiling and contacted ****** as well as their national franchise office with no response.I had no choice but to hire another reputable *************** to do a full inspection and fix the problems.I have all the pictures, reports and communications that I will be providing to ******** AG, BBB and my attorney.BEWARE of this company and the promise of a free roof. It could end up costing you a lot more than what it did for me. I was fortunate that someone alerted me. Most people will never get on their roof and know what's going on.
