I signed up for lawn trimming services with Precision Cutz Lawn Care for address ************************************************************. *****. The services were established with an expected end date of 07/01. A representative from Precision Cutz contacted me near the end of the expected end date, asking if I still needed services. I confirmed that I will be staying in the house a little longer. I explained that insurance is paying for the rental and the mowing of the rental. I told them they could extend the services through 08/20, but not passed said date as insurance would not approve. We moved out of the address on 08/20, but the company mowed the address 2 more times after we moved out. I noticed a charge on my credit card after the 08/20 date, and assumed it was for the prior weeks billing. The following week, I was charged again and this time I called. The first individual I spoke with claimed that my account was closed and he could not see when my last service was. He stated he would have a supervisor call me back, and this never happened. I called in again, and this time I spoke with someone who could now see the dates I was charged, and the dates of calls, but not when the mow was performed. I asked for a supervisor, and again was denied. I told them I would wait on the line until I could speak with one, and then I had one in under 2 minutes. She proceeded to tell me "There is no transcript of the call, but we can see that he did call you and he moved your services out to *****. He wouldn't have accepted a date of 08/20 because it was 6 weeks out and not 2 weeks out. He would have told you to call back 2 weeks before your move out" Then I was told that they mowed it anyway and there was nothing I can do. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. The credit card company disputed the charge with Precision Cutz and determined I had a valid dispute. Now, Precision Cutz is sending my information to a collection agency claiming that I owe them for the 2 services.Initial Complaint

Company was hired to mow and weed eat our lawn. They came and did not mow everything or weed eat what they were told. The charged ** on May 29 $100.25 for this incomplete job. This is also $25.25 over what we were told it would be. We called them on May 29 to complain and cancel them. They kept saying that they have a 15 day cancellation policy that we were not told about. This didnt matter because our cancellation was within 15 days of hiring them. No contract was ever shown to ** nor did we sign anything. If there had been a contract then they broke it on the first day by not completing the job they were hired for. On June 2 they returned to mow after already being cancelled. They were sent away without doing any work. On June 5 we were once again charged $66.83. Spoke with the company today and they wont refund any money and they said they were going to return on June 13 and will charge ** again. They were told not to come and not to charge **.Business response

This was handled with the customer. Our office staff that signed the customer up was new and made a few mistakes, Like not sending over an agreement. The homeowner was refunded, and has confirmed there are no further issues.Customer response
