    This company will sign you up and not deliver service, yet they require auto pay and charge you regardless. We signed up to have this company mow the lawn at our property in ****, and to clean up the brush and weeds, trim the bushes and remove the debris. We engaged them on 4/20/2023. I was told that they would be there that week. They did not show up for 3 more weeks, literally mowed half the lawn and did none of the other work. After multiple calls to *****, we were finally able to get them to come and mow the entire yard, and clean up as we contracted, but they severed the Freon line to the central a/c unit. I now how to pay for that to be fixed. In the meantime. I was receiving weekly invoices for work that had never been done!!! After they finally showed up, there were at least 3 more times that the service was not completed, yet we were charged. The only way we knew service was not done was the neighbors telling us that the lawn wasnt mowed. Despite numerous phone calls, I have never been connected with owner of the company. I cancelled the service after another week where they did not complete the service as contracted, yet charged my card. Now I am getting past due notices even though the service wasnt done (I hired someone else to cut the grass) and I informed them in writing that I was cancelling the service. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen and this company should not be operating. Despite numerous phone calls regarding all these issues, never once have they put me in touch with the owner or anyone other than some customer service rep that just hangs up on you.

    *****, We require a credit card on file to ensure services that were performed are paid for. The card is not charged until after the services have already been completed. All our cards are charged Monday afternoon each week. This is outlined in the estimate you received. At the time of the A/C unit damage we reached out and talked to you about the damage. You stated that you wanted account credit and would fix the damage on your own at a later date. We do go back and audit each route for our mowing staff to ensure they get to each stop on the list, and after careful review we did indeed mow your lawn on 8/3. Any issues with the job, we always encourage the customer to reach out and well handle it in the best feasible way. Multiple people from our team have tried to reach out to you about these concerns in the past couple of weeks, during those calls you brought up concerns that we have no records of. If you do not let us know about an issue in a timely manner there is no way for us to address the concern and resolve it.All of our mowing service agreements contain a 15-day cancellation policy. We put it at the very top of the short terms section on the agreement that you sign when starting our service. The reason we have this is because as a customer you have a time slot on our schedule. When you cancel that service it is taking work away from him, so we need 15 days to fill that spot back up so he is not affected. We do our best to make it clear up front that we have this policy.We wish you the best in the future.
