            On October 6th 2021, BBB Serving Northern Indiana contacted Pine Valley Munitions regarding a pattern of complaint. As of 11/22/21 the business has failed to reply to our inquiries concerning a recent pattern of complaints. Consumers allege, that Pine Valley Munitions accept payments but does not fulfill customer orders. Consumers also allege that they do not receive a reply when they make attempts to contact Pine Valley Munitions. BBB reached out to Pine Valley Munitions through e-mail on 10/6/21, 10/21/21, and by certified mail on 11/8. Certified mail was returned 11/30/21 - unclaimed, unable to forward. BBB left voicemail message on 11/4/21.

            I bought 200 rounds on 3/5/2021. I contacted them on 6/10/2021 asking where my order is and they told me 7 months before I get it. Its 4/20/2022 now. I want my money back now. They will not respond to any of my emails or calls. I have a screenshot of my receipt. I want my $222.78 back.

            $450 paid in full 11/12/20 for **** rds of 9mm. Order was never fulfilled by Pine Valley. At first there was some communication from Pine Valley about supply issues. I was told my order would be completed. Since then (June 21') I have placed many phone calls and emails, none have been returned. I have been ripped off!
