            The initial meeting is a diagnostic review with a member of the office staff. It is similar to a time share presentation. After agreeing to a $50 diagnostic test that essentially provided a printed report of the issues I had explained I was experiencing I was told that the next step would be to agree to $180 in X-rays that would be reviewed during a follow up visit. No actual treatment would occur on the initial visit. I refused the x-rays and was able to leave with a $50 charge for the time share presentation. I selected this provider based on his being in my insurance network but was informed that my insurance would not cover any charges from the initial visit.

            **** appears to be mad at us for 3 reasons: 

            1.) he doesnt value education, which is an important part of our process as our technique and analysis is unique and gets exceptional results

            2.) he doesnt want a chiropractor who is thorough and reviews several objective measures before the process of moving spinal bones begins he would rather, it sounds, have a chiropractor just start moving bones on day 1 without having studied more detailed images. We refuse to be so ***** and jeopardize someones health or our reputation and get subpar results. He came to our office after all.

            3.) **** appears to have lousy insurance and instead of taking it up with them, he decides to slander and shoot the messenger.
