On December 20, 2021. I filed a claim for my renters insurance sent recipients and was told I would be receiving a check. I have not received the check. The amount theyre sending is incorrect, and the claims adjuster is aware. He refuses to correct the amount or send the remaining balance. I have not received any communication regarding this matter.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Due to the lack of professionalism, timely payout and refusal to make the situation right by providing my deductible as compensation for delay in benefits, I reject the business response.

I have been trying to contact my insurance adjuster ************************* for a few weeks now without success. I have a pending claim against my previous renter ******************************************* in ******, ** and they have sent me to collections due to non payment of their insurance claim for alleged damages. **************** stated that he had sent me mail correspondence. I told **************** that I had moved and that all my mail was being forwarded. **************** neglected to ask me for my new address so that I may receive the supposed correspondence that was sent to me. Additionally, I have left voice mails for **************** supervisor ***************************** that have also been avoided and calls not returned. I asking that Alacrity Solutions pay the claim to ******************************************* and send me correspondence/receipts of such payment immediately so that I may clear my credit report .Business response
