    *********************** listed my *************** home for sale recently. I have known **** personally for a number of years. I never expected the outcome that transpired. I asked multiple questions, but the only answers I received were "I promise we do this day in and day out. Everything that's being done will get you the best sales price possible. We have your back!" (That is verbatim from a text message I received.) We verbally discussed that the listing would go live on Thanksgiving Day (11/23) and that an open house would be held over the weekend. **** indicated that people would be off work and an open house would generate interest and almost certainly, full price offers. I understand that no one can guarantee a price or a selling price and I certainly didn't expect that. However, I asked questions several times that were never answered. Of course, I cannot prove the verbal questions, however, I do have several text messages and emails asking **** the questions and I received no answers. On Monday, November 20 @ 9:13 I texted *********************** asking the date of the open house. I received a response, but it had nothing in regard to the open house. The home listing went live on November 23. I received an offer well under listing price the following day. As my realtor, *********************** urged me to take the offer. When I asked about an open house she stated that there was no open house and wouldn't be one because of the pending offer. She stated to me that this was "the best offer I was going to get" and stated that I would regret my decision in 30 days if I rejected the offer. I was very upset by the offer but accepted based on ****'s statements. I wanted to discuss with her prior to closing, but she did not attend the closing. I was unaware she would not be there. I feel like **** took advantage of me and my situation. I have asked for explanations but she refuses to respond. I fully own my decision to sell, but I would never recommend **** or her company.

    The foundation of my business is to serve all of my clients equally with integrity and professionalism, and provide a level of service so outstanding that they are compelled to refer me to others; which is exactly what happened on the first of two transactions with this client. Upon closing the first transaction, this client's review of my services stated that my team and I were the "best real estate professionals in ***************." Unfortunately, on the second transaction, my guidance was misunderstood, and my words were misinterpreted, ultimately leading to remorse in accepting an offer well below list price within 24 hours of being on the market. I have learned that there is nothing I can do or say to make things right for this client, which led to this 2nd review. I am happy to provide specific details and further information upon request. I pride myself on my professionalism and ethics, and I am deeply saddened that my client, and friend, is not happy with the outcome.
