If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a 2017 **** Edge. I had it one weekend. In the first 24 hours I had a check engine light came on and the *** started sputtering at speeds over 50 mph. Had to have it serviced. It is a used car can happen. Then the service department says I need a new motor. They asked if purchased the vehicle through them. I said yes just a few days ago, everything should still be under warranty. Then the next day the diagnostic totally changed to a wiring issue.******************* never returned any of my calls when I tried to find out what was going on. When I went to pick up the car after it was serviced, they tell me, ***** didn't disclose all the information to the bank. The bank ?acked out of the deal. I have worked hard to try to repair my credit. I don't need banks thinking I tried to falsify a loan application. So now I don't have the vehicle that we agreed upon, after taking a half day off work to essentially deal with their issue.I did my part giving them all the information they asked for. I woud rather be told no then to be made to feel like I was part of some shady business. I did get my down payment back. I think I dodged a bullet honestly, if this is the way they do business.I added the photo to prove in fact I purchased the vehicle. To warn others be wary of this ****. It may still have issues. For a diagnosis to change overnight like that.

***** purchased a 2017 **** Edge from us on April 12, 2024 at which time he provided his address where he lived & his driver's license with the same matching address.  He advised on his credit application he had resided at his address for 4 years. We obtained an approval from the bank & sold him the Edge. The bank discovered that *****'s address was an ******************* & they cancelled the loan.  We have never had a customer come to Yes ********************** with 4 years residency at a hotel and have the same hotel address on their driver's license.  This was a rare uncommon event.  The customer came back in on 4/19/24 & we tried hard to save the deal for him but the bank refused to keep the loan. We had another bank willing to do the loan but it would have required a significant amount of money down (which the customer did not have available).  Unfortunately we did have to stop the deal due to his residency being at a hotel.

The issue with service was irrelevant as it was corrected immediately. ***** advised a check engine light came on so we got it into service & corrected the problem. We did have a technician who initially misdiagnosed the issue & advised it needed a motor but we knew immediately that had to have been an error because we do such thorough inspections of our vehicles prior to sale.  We actually do a dual inspection as we pay the auctions to do an inspection before we buy the vehicle & then we do our own inspection which includes a deep scan of every vehicle to rule out any internal problems.  We had our head technician look at it & do research on the symptoms the vehicle was having & he confirmed it did not need a motor, but rather a very simple fix.  The reason this repair issue is irrelevant is because the customer still wanted to buy the vehicle after this occurred.  He is only upset because the deal was cancelled by the bank for a situation out of our control.  We are just as unhappy when we lose a deal as the customer is. Nobody wins in a case like this because the customer does not have a vehicle, the salesman loses a commission, the company loses a car deal, & we incur fees to ********* the vehicle to get it ready for the next buyer.  Because we understand this situation was not anyone's fault in particular, we refunded the customer his down payment money in full when he was in our dealership. He did not lose anything financially & we've offered to help him again once/if his residency changes. The continual bashing of us on ***************** & now BBB is not going to change the situation because as noted this was a rare occurrence we don't normally see.

We dispute this review as it's false.  We sold the customer a 2011 **** Escape on 7/19/23 with a sales price of $9301.90.  The book value & market value of this vehicle was $10,450 at the time of sale so we sold it to him for more than $1000 under retail value.  We do not tell anyone they can trade their vehicles in after 6 months because that's nearly impossible when car values depreciate so quickly & when you have interest added to the loan.  As far as the allegation of our manager being rude, we pulled the video footage of yesterday's interaction & the allegation was quite the contrary.  Both the salesman & the manager were very professional & polite but the customer became agitated as soon as he was told we could not trade him out of his vehicle this soon without cash down or a cosigner. He immediately stood up, told the manager he was filing a BBB complaint, & left. Furthermore, with regards to the customer stating the ********, ** store went out of business, that was not our store.  That location was owned & closed by the prior owner.  The new owners purchased the *************** location only (on *************) in November 2019 so we cannot speak on behalf of that store.  We can assure ******************** that we have a very reputable Sales & ****************** & have since opened a 2nd location on the north side of ***************.  We have been voted the #1 used car dealership by the Reader's Choice Awards, we have fantastic ****** Reviews, & we have an A+ rating on the BBB.  These reviews don't happen by accident.....they happen from providing excellent service each & every day to all of our sales & service customers.  If there is anything we can assist ******************** with (besides trading in his vehicle now), we would be happy to assist him!
