This business has left us high and out since Christmas Eve of 2022. I had to move all furniture out of the way for them to do the little amount they did do. They left many things unfinished that I had to complete. Painting, cleaning carpets, sanding the walls, buying paint, painting. They replaced a door with one that was the wrong size and damaged. They damaged our wall and the door itself was damaged. We have been in contact with **** the owner trying to rectify the situation with no solution. He makes open promises to complete work and it never gets done. I would not select a star if it wasn't required. He kept money for things that were not completed.

This date of 12/24/22 is misleading. That was when the homeowner had a pipe burst and water damage occur. Souders met the homeowner's insurance adjuster on 1/30/23. Souders performed work in late April of 2023 at the request of the homeowner. We were waiting on the customer and their insurance company to come to a decision on scope of work so we could proceed. The customer then requested a final invoice and that they wanted to move on without Souders Construction. Souders Construction billed the customer for:- inspection / meeting the adjuster - writing an estimate - replacing a door (the door was brand new with a couple scratches noticed at the homeowner's house in which they instructed us they were not worried about the small scratches and to proceed)- drywall repair in foyer - ceiling drywall and insulation in garage
