I bought and paid for a new dryer through their agent/technician ********************* on Feb. 14 and Feb. 18. Initially it was a repair job but I was talked into getting a new ventilation system and buying a new dryer for safety reasons. On Wed. Feb. 22, two men came over, torn down old ventilation system and installed a new one. The job was never finished and the duct was left open. The dryer was supposed to be delivered Sat. Feb. 25. It was never delivered. I was given different excuses why it was not: my check did not cleared, **************** credit union would not accept it, the dryer did not arrived yet, the truck broke down. He even came down with me to my bank to try to cash the check and the teller told him there was nothing wrong with my check or my account. Then he wanted me to make a personal check to him which I refused to do. This happened on Tue. Feb. 28. Next delivery day was March 4. On March 8 my check was posted in my account. The dryer did not arrived March 10 as promised. On March 14 I finally got a hold of him, it was more and more difficult to do so, and I was promised again that it was to be delivered the next day or to at least call. Never happened. Last time my wife called with her phone, he would not answer my phone, on Fri. March 17 and she was told that he would come over that same weekend and refund us the money. Never got the dryer or heard from him. The reason I mention him, ****************, is because he is the only person I could communicate with. I wrote an email to the Company and phone them to complain and was answered by a lady who said she did not have anything to do with Logical Appliance even though she always referred me to **************** phone number. In short I made two checks one for $325.00 and one for $1350.00, I guesstimate they did $400 worth of work, parts and labor, so they scammed me off around $1200.00. So I will say this business is an elaborated scam. Even their address seems to be a private residence.
