November 20th 2023 saw ****************************** in ******* ****************** he ordered to wear a heart monitor for 1 month. I returned heart monitor on December 15th and they received back on Dec 18th. I was told it would take a month to get results. They have already billed my insurance company $580 which was paid. I have made numerous calls to IU Health to obtain my results. Its been 3 months since they have had my monitor and 6 weeks since no one at IU health has called me back. I called their complaint department on 2/16 and I was told they could see that ** had spoke to me on the phone but no record of Dr ordering monitor and/or results. They always seemed confused when I called and put me on hold and said the information was still downloading. Complaint **** said that they would escalate the issue. That has been 2 weeks ago with no response. At this point the information that was downloaded seems to be irrelevant. This office is horrible and I feel I have been swept under the rug. But again they have no problem billing me.

They did contact me with my results but I believe it was because of BBB contacting them. It had been months since I had heard from them. They also said they would reimburse the insurance company. I really feel like I fell through the cracks, forgotten about. The reason given was my results were in another file location that it shouldn't of been. If it wasn't for me contacting BBB I probably still wouldn't have my results. I personally would go to a different cardiologist office if ever needed in the future. Unfortunately I believe the only reason they contacted me was because of BBB contacting IU Health. They apologized and finally gave me my test results, said that they would reimburse my insurance company. I feel that I fell through the cracks, It's unfortunate because *************** can be a very good Dr but I wouldn't want to deal with that office again.
