Had brought my travel trailer in for warranty work. Before I brought it in, I advised them that I did not purchase my Winnebago Micro ****** 2306BHS from them. They said they would take care of it and told me to bring it in. When I dropped it off, the service manager "****" didn't even bother to come outside to look at the issues, He simply just wrote down very short sentences on what I tried to explain to him in detail. About 2 months later, I called and they said the ** was ready for pickup. They also said they will be charging me money for the items they found that were denied for warranty work (they had not informed me or give me a heads up. I then went to pick it up and saw that three major items were not fixed. When I calmly pointed it out to the manager, who was preoccupied with his personal dealings on the phone (which I waited a good 10 minutes for him to fix his personal issues with his personal truck), he became angry and said the following: |Oh, its not like we don't have our own personal problems here" (he was angry that I was intruding with his personal phone call) and proceeded to say, You didn't even buy the unit here, I will never accept another unit again! He then snatched the keys out of my hands and almost yelled at me, I'll take care of this. I then went to complain to the owner who was in his office in the show room. He apologized and said he would get it fixed. Next **************** calls me again, there were no apologies, just about the same attitude that he had a day prior. I then went to pick the trailer up and was met with another person at the service department, who was very unfriendly and nonchalant. He knew who I was and acted as if I was annoying him when I got up to the counter. This business is one of the most unprofessional businesses I've had to deal with. The technicians are actually pretty good at what they do here, the manager and his worker is lazy, unprofessional, and extremely rude.
