The date of the transaction was 8/31/23. I agreed over the phone to purchase an extwnded car warranty from ***********************, their employee. I agreed to a one time $200.00 charge on my credit card as a downpayment. Instead, I was charged that amount TWICE. The first time at 3:53 PM pacific time. The second at 9:36PM pacific time. I did not authorize that second charge. I want a refund of that 2nd charge of $200.00 back on my credit card because the 2nd charge was unauthorized. I only authorized a one time charge on $200.00.Customer response

Took vehicle in for recall work that they had already done but did not notify Chrysler / ****. There was another issue with the powertrain that is under warranty. I was notified that the car could be picked up. When I arrived, I was submitted with a bill for work for which I was not given an estimate. xcBusiness response

We did perform diagnostic work on his vehicle which his warranty did not pay for. We replaced his spark plug. When he received a small bill he cursed at out staff and is banned from the place. We are glad to refund his money and pity any business he visits. we will mail a check today. let this be note he is not to return to our property.

I took my truck to have it serviced back in May. I was told full repair would be $**** I advised I had some of the work in question under warranty elsewhere and we agreed on $600 worth of work. After reaching out several times and having my truck for 3 months I go to pick it up to find out they completed the **** worth of repairs and I would have to pay **** to get my truck back. After explaining ******** said he was sorry there was nothing he could do.Business response

The customer was aware coming in how much his total bill was for. He brought enough cash to cover the bill so there will be no refund given at this time.
