If I could give 0 stars, I 100% would. Me and my fianc went in to look at a truck that used to be my father's that he traded in, and started making a deal. The guy told us to go get the 2 vehicles we were going to use as trade-ins, so we did because we only lived minutes away. We were gone for a total of 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes, a different salesman let someone else test drive it. They came in to make a deal while we were waiting for the salesman we were talking to, to look at our vehicles. My fiance let the other salesman know that we were in the middle of a deal for the truck. He proceeded to go back, get the keys, come back out and say, in a very rude and unprofessional tone, that "he already put a deposit down on it, so it's his". We let him know that we were also putting a deposit down and he said that it didn't matter because the other guy already did. We went to find our keys to leave and my fianc went to talk to the manager. The manager(***) got mad because my fiance said he was going to tell the guy buying the truck, everything that was wrong with it. The manager followed him out and continued arguing with him instead of just letting him leave. He then continued to knock on my fiancs window, telling him to get out of the car and then balled his fist up at him when he did. My fianc got back in the car and the manager walked away while yelling "you're a piece of sh*t anyway and wouldn't even be able to get financed."
