            I pre-ordered an item for shipping and was charged accordingly for that. Got an email a month later on the release date of said item and said my item was cancelled. I replied to the email and wanted to know why. The response was that I did not show up to pick up the item. I was charged shipping I told them. I am now where near there business. Complete sham and was deceived from the begging.

            Hi ******,Thanks for taking the time to submit this report. I think your review is unfair and unwarranted. You purchased an entry to an event on our website. We can't ship an in-person event, so after the event ended and you didn't show up we refunded your entire order. It was clearly marked in the product title and description that this was an event and not a product.I'm sorry that you are upset, but if you buy tickets to a sporting or theater event and don't show they normally don't refund you. And even though you took a slot in our event that we couldn't sell to someone else we always try to do the right thingand in this case provided a full refund. As I said before a 1-star is unfair and unwarranted.-*************************** (owner @ Moonshot)
