              I contacted them Tuesday and made a appoint to repair my door on the next Thursday. Called them that morning and said I on schedule for that day. When they still had not contacted me a 1PM called them and was informed they would not be there as ****** was "too far" and they were too busy. Was also informed that they could not make the next day. If I had not called them would not of know they were going to be a no show. Will never try to do business with them again. I agree with ********** - be very careful when you deal with this particular company as you're possibly going to be screwed as I was.
