I ordered hunting rifle ammunition. Over 400.00 dollars worth. I paid a person( not a company), and I didn't receive a shipping date, purchase order review of what I bought or a invoice #. Their phone number does not work. I paid the person through *****. Other sites are similar with their pay process so I didn't think that was odd. I thought it was common that a person owned the business.. I have a picture and name of the person I paid..Initial Complaint

On November 10, 2021 I made a purchase for a product from Gateway Ammunition. This purchase was made through ***** (an online money transaction service) for the amount of $225.99. In email communication from Gateway Ammunition I received acknowledgement of the payment and to look out for a tracking number for the shipment. The tracking number never came and Gateway Ammunition has continued to delay in resolving the situation through refund or shipping the product that was purchased.Initial Complaint

I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE GATEWAYAMMUNITION.COM AND DIDN'T RECEIVE FINAL CONFIRMATION. AFTER CHECKING TRUSTPILOT I DISCOVERED I HAD BEEN SCAMMED. 12/3/2021 I purchased CCI Small Pistol Primers #500 Box of 1000, I was told to pay with *****, shipping information shows the package in transit, then when I contacted the link that I was given, which it's made to look like ****, I was told that the package was on hold and that I would have to pay an additional fee of $200 insurance to insure a safe delivery of my package. I have never heard of the Postal Office asking anyone to pay additional insurance to make sure your package arrives safely. I contacted the company but they refuse to give me a refund. Watch out for these guys, total scam.Initial Complaint

On 11/26/2021 I placed an order to the online store Gatewayammunition.com for some ammo. The company responded the same day with order confirmation and order number **** was issued. We set up payment and they received the payment. The responded on 11/26/2021 @ 5:21 pm stating payment received and notified that 24-48 hours I would receive the tracking information on the item. I waited more that 48hrs and have sent several emails and text since 12/1/2021 asking for a tracking number with no answer. I believe this company is fraudulent. The invoice total was $265.00.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Gateway Ammunition on November 6, 2021 for ammunition. The total cost was $264.27, which was placed on the company credit card. They requested that I transfer the money through *****, which I did. I did receive confirmation that they received payment on November 8, 2021 for my order #****. I have heard nothing else since that correspondence. I have emailed numerous times and called and left a message, but have not received any answers. At this point I would like to have the money refunded.
