What I have knowledge from this franchise here located in Anthony Kansas is very cozy always welcoming and just everything you'd expected it to be coming in as a customer's point of view. But going deeper into what goes on in a "nice welcoming restaurant" would shock you to know how nonprofessional the managing system is by taking there title as an advantage to mistreat and none fulling personally train any crew members or any other managing positions other from the store manager and the assassinate manager. With them not personally training any staff how is the staff having knowledge of running the way it's supposed to be. Doesn't really give me confidence if they are even qualified to handle high responsibilities and handle situations with professional logical sense. Anthony, Kansas ran by generations of locals from here and we all get caught up in small town gossip but that is when it's super important to hold such a professional role. Just to say they do have a little experience for these duties, it makes it more unacceptable the levels of how unprofessional the employees are treated. Management has no problem being short staffed and panic to fill in the hours with other employees instead of taking no actions upon themselves to participate in tight problem all companies experience but its one thing to be short staffed because of an personal judgement about age, disabilities, not accepting such negativity from someone that possibly your boss. Not taking in consideration this is a small town and most of the restaurants have teenagers and young adults working. These are their first jobs maybe, and schools out right now so that's more of a chance of anyone applying for work. So for this manager to be picky about the ages of their employees or just the fact having to deal with training none experienced teenagers aren't what you call exciting but overworking the more experienced and older employees with mixing up positions of people that were not hired to do.
