    I purchased my vehicle at Swope Freedom Plan in Elizabethtown, KY I already posted reviews on Google & Yelp on November 9, 2023 & the issue is still ongoing. If it wasn't for my great experience with Danny S****, this review would have 0 stars. June 2, 2023, I purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey & it has been more of an inconvenience than a convenience. I have had to take off of work, stay with a relative, get rides to an from work every time this vehicle had to go into the shop. Though it has a warranty, I will have to take my car back to have the engine replaced numerous times since August of 2024. Today, I was driving my car one week after the engine had been replaced & the engine light & temperature light came on and there was smoke under my hood. I had to pull over. I ended up late for work. I had to get the car towed back to ****** **** ******. I thought having a car with a power train warranty would be beneficial. It turned out to be just the opposite. The mechanic they use cannot get the job done correctly. Hence me taking the car back to them for the same issue more than once. Plus, it doesn't help that they replace the engine with a used or reconditioned one. As much money that was spent on used engines on this vehicle, they could've bought a NEW engine. And this time around, after them having my SUV for 5 weeks, I get it back and other things are wrong with it. Things that weren't an issue when I dropped it off to them: My AC turning on by itself, when I stop & accelerate, my power steering sounding like it is going out, my volume on my car radio decreasing every time I stop, to this morning when my heat was cold when I turned on my defrost. Things that aren't covered under warranty that THEY messed up. I feel cheated and I feel like I am stuck with this lemon until I pay it off. If I would've known I was going to go through this much stress over a vehicle, I wouldn't have chosen to purchase a vehicle from them.

With your engine issue happening over a year ago, and your current concerns, please understand that repairs and recommendations will reflect on what the technician finds currently.
