I purchased 12 decks of cards. They arrived damaged. I asked for a refund but was offered only a replacement (if I paid to send them back.) The policy on their site gives me a 60 day refund. I am unable to initiate a refund from my account page since they still don't show up as being delivered. They do not respond to my e-mails. There is no customer service phone number. This is for order #****************
