If I could leave zero stars I would. Their cabinets are crap. They haven’t been installed but 3 months and are falling apart. They were horrible to work with. We waited for 32 weeks for an island that was supposed to be ordered from a cabinet company. We got the brochure from them and I picked out the picture. Supposedly they couldn’t get it so without my knowledge they decided to build it. The paint was navy blue instead of charcoal. Some pieces were shiny and some were semi but none of them were matte finish. Their installer Buddy is a complete jerk that acts like a spoiled princess and will start a fight and throw a tantrum at the drop of a hat over things that were already discussed and paid for. They delivered our stuff in the bed of a truck and box trailer and just about everything was damaged. All of the caulking around the ceiling has cracked and they destroyed my freshly painted ceilings during install and didn’t even mention it or attempt to fix. At the end of every single day they worked they left saw dust and boxes for us to clean up and dispose of. We were scammed and told that these were good quality solid wood cabinets. They are shit. The paint on them is shit. I will be lucky if they last 2 or 3 years. I would have been better off going to Lowes. Besides that they are complete drama. Somebody is always fighting and somebody always has a major health problem going on. Completely unprofessional and disregard for taking your money and holding it hostage for damn near a year only to finish with shitty subpar work. I could absolutely go on and on…. Issues with sink installation, the countertop people they sent us were horrible and fucked us just as bad as they did. On and on and on. They are lucky I don’t sue their butts. Unfortunately, in the state of KY anybody can say they are a contractor and work on your house and screw it up with no repercussions, except for a $2500 small claims case. Which would only waste more of my time…. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else.
