I received this bill a year ago.  I was told by ****** it was paid then.  1 year later,  I get the same bill.  I called the lab they said it was not paid, so it being 1 year old, I paid it on the phone with my credit card.  Then i called ****** when I hung up.  I was told that with my type of insurance that I am not supposed to be out any money.  ****** called the lab and told them this and to refund my money.  I have called many times trying to get my money back.  ****** has called the lab 3 times also.  So then i ask for a Supervisor so i have been talking to Dan 314-849-3535 for at least 3 months.  He told me that I would get my refund by the end of May back on my credit card.  Still nothing.  Then he told me I had to wait 6 to 8 week.  I did that.  Still nothing.  So I called him again and told him (Dan) that I was gonna call the BBB.  He said PLEASE give him 1 more week and I would get my refund.  So I've waiting 2 weeks going on 3 weeks.  Still nothing.  i know this isn't alot of money but it is to me.  I'm on a fixed income.  The reason I went ahead and paid it with my credit card this Lab told me it being over a year it could go to collections.  I'm sorry for the sloppy writing but the stroke I've had has affect my writing.
