We hired L.M. Roofing last month to install our new roof. Larry was the only contractor who showed up on time. But for us the biggest reason for hiring was he didn't ask right away to see our insurance paperwork, That told us he wasn't out to get every penny from the insurance company. He gave his estimate then overlooked the insurance estimate to make sure we were getting what was REQUIRED to repair our damages. Others who showed up wanted the insurance estimate right away & went on to say they need this & that which wasn't needed. My Husband & Myself do not believe in any type of fraud. We have been with the same insurance company for 25 year's and only recently made our 1st claim. We really admire Larry for being honest & not wanting to fight the insurance company for things that were not REQUIRED. Onto the job - 1. The team showed up when they said. 2. The price stayed the same, they even had to replace one piece of lumber which the contract said would be a charge for, However Larry said he wasn't worried about charging us for one small section since they had some lumber left from another job already on the truck, we tipped the guys of course. 3. Our Roof looks beautiful. 4. The team done great clean up job. 5. In today's world being humble & kind along with honest speaks for itself. Overall - We are 100% happy with the honest company & 100% happy with the job completed. Again, it should be known Larry is a very kind young man, He treated us like Humans that wasn't just another price tag, My Husband is in bad health so it's scary hiring anyone to do work around our home after some bad past situations with other companies, I looked out the window several times & Larry was sitting with my husband talking in the shade as the team was working, that was special to my husband that he spent hours just talking.
