I purchased a pump and Bell housing from whatever it takes on **** with a core. Or first issues were with the core. They refused to refund the core because they said we didn't pay them two transactions one for the core and one for the bell housing even though we didn't get two transactions and we got a message they would send the core fee once the core arrived on their end. Our second issue is the part wasn't refurbished and didn't work. We contacted them and they told us it was something our mechanical did, that there is nothing wrong with the part. So we asked if we could return it and get a refund. The part was received by whatever it takes and they never contacted us or refunded us. I contacted them via email and messaged them over **** and still no response. Then I called them and they said the part they got back wasn't the one they shipped to us. It didn't have new parts installed or their stamp. I said well it didn't work so that explains why. She said we won't refund you for a part we didn't send you. It is the part they sent I don't have pump and Bell housing sitting around my garage to ship out. They are refusing to acknowledge this is their mistake and we are out $520. Not to mention the truck is still not working because their pump and Bell housing caused more damage then the transmission has to start.All we want is a refund. Their communication is terrible, and their part is defective. It's on them to resolve this issue. I have saved all our communication via email and **** as proof of the conversations.

Bought a rebuilt transmission for my 1991 **** Wrangler. I am the original owner. Transmission failed in just 1,300 miles! Second gear synchro ring was faulty. Transmission replaced under warranty. Another rebuilt transmission sent. This transmission also failed in nearly the same mileage when it jammed upon downshifting from 4th to 3rd gear. **** had to be towed for the first time in its life to the garage I use for auto repairs when needed. Transmission removed and sent to Worldwide Straight Drive in Bull Gap, TN, the only shop repairing manual transmissions. from this shop I learned a GEAR TOOTH had jammed between gears, making the transmission unusable. Now here's what's amazing...the gear tooth was NOT from the transmission but had been left in the case from a PREVIOUS transmission(!) as none of the teeth on any gear of the second replacement transmission were missing! In other words, the utterly sloppy and careless work performed by this company cost me as much as did the original replacement that, as mentioned above, was also no good. Once again the transmission had to be removed and sent to WWSD for rebuilding. Guess what else their people found? Fifth gear was CRACKED completely through from the circumference of the main transmission shaft to the bottom of a U-shaped cut-out (of which there are three) just below the gear circumference. (I still have that cracked gear.) I wrote to the CEO, Rodney Peters, explaining in more detail than shown here what had happened, asking to be reimbursed for TWO faulty transmissions that, together, couldn't last even 3,000 miles. (The OEM transmission lasted 220,000 miles.) Peters IGNORED my letter, no response at all. A month or so later I sent him a second letter, asking again to be reimbursed because he sold me two junk transmissions. NO REPLY. So much for this company's professionalism and integrity. They have neither. Stay away from their transmissions. They're a waste of money, your money. They really burned me.
