Hancock Drain Service replaced my old toilet. They were MAGNIFICENT! This was my second experience with Eric. Each experience was sterling! Eric kept me informed throughout the process. He and Wade were very dependable and on time. They called to tell me they were on the way, and they quickly put me at ease. Eric patiently answered my questions and walked me through the process when I called him. I LOVE the toilet he recommended! In fact, he read my mind as he matched me with this comfort height, elevated toilet even before I asked him about it! It was good to defer to his expertise and knowledge. You can talk to him and know you have his undivided attention and help. The average time to install a toilet is listed online as 2-3 hrs. Eric and Wade were finished in an hr and 15 minutes. Impeccable expertise and skills; I was amazed. Wade explained that Eric and he had 65 years experience between them. Obviously it shows! I can't say enough good about Eric. He is the personification of everything you would want in any professional. Patient, pleasant, courteous, respectful, kind, and helpful. He even stopped on his way out the door to handle a minor household task for me, all on his own as I didn't ask him to. Above and beyond. I trust him implicitly. Wade mirrors the high standards set by Eric, going above and beyond, etc. Eric came in lower than his estimate; which incidentally was lower than the average cost as stated online. Hancock Drain Service deserves my highest recommendations. A galaxy of stars!
