            I purchased a Gravely Z Pro 48 from this business in 2019 for $6500. I have had many major problems with this equipment including unlevel cutting, factor welding broken. I have taken it to be serviced 4 times. It has been in their shop THREE months with no resolution. I've been told they're working on it, waiting on the mechanic for updates. I've lost more than $5000 in my business and potential business because of their refusal to fix the mower as lawn care is my livelihood. I've had to turn down NUMEROUS larger jobs because I don't have the mower I need to complete the task. I have repeatedly returned to the business to check the progress and there is never any progress made on my lawnmower.

            Thank you for the review, Sorry your repair took so long, It is now ready for pick up. We fininshed the repair yesterday and sent you a text.
            We called this morning recieved no answer, and sent a follow up text. I hope this review response finds you well. We researched your prior issues and found you had a bent blade resulting in the unlevel cutting. You dropped your mower off on 5/18/2022 and we finished the work on 7/27/2022 3 weeks shy of 3 Months. Our shop has been busy and our ability to keep up has been delayed by parts backorder, staffing, rain and the final waves of Covid. Hopefully the future is bright for both of us!             I don't the problem was short of staff or Covid. I think the problem was it was still under warranty and they took their time to repair it. Also I am black and and other white customers were put ahead of my repair. It was not that big of a job for it to take that long. They only started working on it because I contacted the BBB. I am out of town now and I will pick it up tomorrow. I have lost customer because of this and I have lost a lot of money
