Date Services Began: November 4, 2023 Late Date of Visit to Facility December 5, 2023 Amount Paid= $1200 Virtual Trainer Program I paid for six months upfront ($1200). The representative stated that this was the first time anyone had paid up front for this 6 month program. From the beginning I stuck to the Online Fitness Trainer program exactly as told and I worked out exactly as the my plan stated. I tracked my eating on the online app provided, and stayed under the recommended calories. I always scheduled my body scans as planned.Two months into my six months the following transpired, I met with my trainer once ( except through) text (infrequently), I was weighed in by random people, I personally had to email my trainer my own body stats, for two months and those results were unsatisfactory. Aside from the staff rarely, being on duty but for a few days in two months for any questions I might have as a new client. The facility frequently ran out of wipes for the machine and trash left on the floor for days. ( I often went days in a row working on my plan, and noticed either the same wipe or water bottle on the floor), my experience was unsatisfactory.After two months exactly, I requested a refund for at least half my money and was informed that my $600 dollars would not be returned or applied back to my card due to having started the sub par training given, although services for the four months remaining have not been rendered yet.Prior to my decision to never return to the facility, several emails were sent to my trainer, often receiving a response one week later. Attempts to text the same questions to my trainer to another person who was supposedly my co-trainer, hoping to get a response, with the same result. I continued on the plan hoping I would at least get results, which I did not achieve after two consist months of dedicated and consistent work on my part. I am not interested in returning, I only want a refund.
