    Truly disgusting venue. Its not just the atrocious physical fiasco that will disappoint you, but the organization and management is what takes this from 2 star rating to what can considered the worst venue in the country. There are many poor reviews and just about every website possible from patrons that have stayed there and there are just as many inferior responses from the owner that serves as a great indication as to why its so cheap.

    Mr. ************ has been harassing us by posting some horribly, untrue statements and fake photos on ******* Yelp and Expedia all because he failed to register a female who was a companion in his room when he checked into Contempra Inn for a two-night stay. Hotel security requires all guests, even visitors, to be registered and provide a valid photo ID to help us secure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Everything was fine for the first two nights of his stay. When we attempted to contact ************ for checkout, he was not there, but we discovered an unknown female in his room. This unknown, unregistered female said there should be another reservation for *****, which was fine, except she was not registered in the room and her name was not on the new reservation as it should have been. We asked her to contact ************ to call us so he could verify that she was his guest authorized to be in his room and to use his reservation. All he had to do was let us know. He did not call us. She tried to get him to call but he refused for some unknown reason just like he refused to give his guests information at check in. We take security and safety very seriously and if a guest refuses or fails to give the name and approval for someone else to use his room or reservation we cannot allow it and there is nothing we can do until he tells us its valid. As a result the unknown female was asked to leave the room and was not permitted to check in on the new reservation until we were able to obtain instructions from Mr. * about who should be allowed in his room. When Mr. * finally returned and claimed his second reservation, he was loud, obnoxious and abusive to members of staff who did nothing but attempt to protect his interests. We have been in the hotel business for many years. Mr. * thinks he knows how everything should be done, but he clearly does not. He deliberately hid the fact that he had another person with him and for unknown reasons he refused to register her. When the consequences of his deception resulted in her almost being evicted, he verbally abused our staff and made up lies about the hotel for his own mistake. He just wants to tell everyone how everything should be done and that he demands it and gets enraged over his own misconduct. You can see this is his FIFTH review with such fierce language. Frankly we are being defamed, libeled and harassed. Not only has he spread these lies, he has made up other lies about our property taking staged, fake photos after he took a cover off an electrical panel and a showing a bathtub where the stopper was down claiming it didnt drain!!! Deliberately false and misleading! This is NOT a review in good faith, but it is a form of revenge which he has already done now 5 times.

    We have answered all FIVE of his False and Libelous reviews each stating ridiculous false claims but none address the issue which was his fault he did not at registration give his other guest name and ID for the room which is asked for and required at check in and is hotel industry standard.1. If we were so bad as he states why after two nights did he make a second new reservation for two more nights when he could have gone elsewhere? Reason because we are a great place to stay in fact the only hotel in the area with our own generator when there is a power outage all rooms have full power (which occurred during his stay but he didnt know the city lost power) all our rooms have large Smart HDTV Microwaves and Full Size Refrigerators and as our other reviews on regular hotel review sites say we are a great place to stay. It was only when the second reservation was made and he was not on property that we discovered that he did not register his other guest which is required at check in. In fact, he delayed calling to add the other guests name until an hour past checkout.2. Ours as well as hotel industry standard is to require valid ID or a valid passport on everyone on the property. All he needed to do was call, but no! This is really his problem with us that we wanted him to call and verify who he was and that we could register this other guest. All was HIS fault which he cannot accept especially as we had the audacity to point that fact out which infuriated him. Which is why he has made such false and outrageous claims everywhere he could because we had him do what he did not do when originally registered. Had he been honest and when asked to register everyone in the room which he did not then there would be no issue.
