I got my 2011 Yukon February 23rd 2024 from JP Auto Sales in Lakecharles. I put $2,800.00 down on my vehicle, and pay $310 every two weeks as a “note.” Ever since it has broken down 4+ times, the first time it sounded like a diesel, was smoking, “running hot” etc. I called, he said okay, “can you make it here without a tow truck?” I said “no, I don’t think so but I’ll try.” I get there and he’s screaming and yelling at me asking me why I didn’t get a tow truck, why I drove it to his office, it was maxed out overheating as it shows in the pictures so he was mad… needless to say they “fixed it.” This was not even a week of me having it. IT IS NOT FIXED AND IS STILL DOING THE SAME THING. 04/22/24 I was driving and BOOM… breaks down again… smoking through my vents, over heating, car won’t drive, sounds like a diesel, I call, he said to bring it to this shop, and they’ll take a look at it, but the bill is on you… NO MAAM!!! I think not.  It also jumps or “sticks” every single time I press the brake or gas pedal, making my vehicle either not go, or making it feel like I got rear ended. These pictures shown are from literally driving half a mile, not even. Every single time I go over ANY bridge, it shuts down… Keep in mind, they threw this dash on to make me think the original wasn’t busted, ALL of the seats are ripped, torn, or shredded… one armrest is broken, and the third row seats that they put in this Yukon don’t even match this Yukon. I’m down money, a vehicle to drive, the owner is nothing but (money, money, money)… even after he PROMISED me that they don’t sell junk vehicles, took me for a ride in the one my neighbor had, but it too had issues and so he repossessed it and told them they could have it back if they paid repo fee and two notes… even after they put money into it to fix it… AND when we got back from this “ride” he pointed at a car he had for sell and said “now, don’t buy that one, it’s junk… but only if you want to.”

I bought a car Friday 3/8/24 and the same night, I had to leave it parked at my job due to it not starting. The following day, I had to buy another battery for the car. 3/10 I noticed my steering wheel started to shake once I made it to 40mph. I brought it to a mechanic and I was told that I couldn’t drive the car do to my car having a leak. My tires and breaks are completely locked up as well & I can’t drive it. I’ve contacted JP Auto Sales everyday since I bought the car and I’ve been told by Ms. ***** that the owner isn’t at the office to talk every day since I called that Friday. Yeah right. And not to mention- she’s hung up in my face after every conversation before I could finish getting words out. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all. They’ll sell you a ?? and then ghost you, and give you the run around when it’s time to talk.

Bought car, next day it was running funny and shaking once going over 55 mph, found oil in the coolant, called and he said he would fix it, this was in June. I have photos and videos. It is now almost September and I’ve called more times then I can count and they say he’s going to call and no one calls . I get the run around. So he has my car and my money, and won’t return ANY PHONE CALLS!!!!
