DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were listed as a Hayward warranty station over a year ago, we needed heater repairs and contacted them. A YEAR LATER we were told the part was in and they would come install. During install and replumbing the heater- the chlorinator housing was cracked and the plumbing their tech did was leaking. ( they claim recent freeze damaged the chlorinator and plumbing and are refusing to repair unless we pay) Today they replace a solenoid ( fried during his install of heater parts) but the service tech could not turn on the heater to test its functionality because he has NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS HEATER!!! They are refusing to give me an invoice that states date of install of parts and that it was not tested for functionality ( we need that for future warranty purposes) I have been in contact with Hayward, but they are NO LONGER A HAYWARD WARRENTY SERVICE STATION ( a fact no one notified us of until I contacted Hayward) I was told the Hayward service technician is no longer working due to cancer. I have empathy for that, but at that time- the job should have been sent to another Hayward Service pool company- instead of sending someone to work on a system they had NO KNOWLEDGE about.
