I ordered items on February 3. E-rigging still has not delivered the merchandise and had not informed me of any delays. I try to find a phone number for them and cannot. I contact them via chat online and am told to wait. I check for a half hour and no response.I am trying to cancel my order now and cannot.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!Business response

After doing an internal review of this complaint, I can see why our customer was upset. The "chat" software has been giving us trouble and the customer service representative was trying to reply but the glitch was occurring as he was trying to reply. What should have been done when the chat software acted up was to reply with an email right away. But by that time, we had received an email from the customer who wanted to cancel the order and that was done. Regarding the phone number and being able to reach us, the number is shown on the customer service page. And regarding the "chat" software, we are changing to a different product as we have been unable to resolve the issues with the current software.
