            I ordered 3 cable pulling grips and only received two but I was only charged for two. The order did not even ship until the day after the estimated delivery date at the time of order and I received it a week later. I called their office to talk to some one about the order, being as I was waiting on it to complete a job, not only did not one answer any of the extension options I was given I left a voicemail with customer service and received no response. I see now why they have all of their reviews left directly through their website and the don't have their ****** account setup for reviews to be left directly through ******. I run a business so I understand it's impossible to please everyone and things happen but they made no effort to even make contact with me let alone help the situation.
